      Why not try making butternut squash and red pepper soup? Freeze and then you will always have a really yummy warming lunchtime snack – providing you don’t burn the bottom of the pan while heating up of course. For added flourish, add a swirl of double cream and decorate with ground black pepper. Explain to guests that the black bits are not freshly picked scabs though. Auntie M
